Quotes: All quotes provided by Portland Chimney Sweep, whether submitted through our contact form, phone call, or email, are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary depending on the actual scope of work determined during the on-site assessment.

Scheduling: When you schedule a service, you agree to provide accurate contact information, property access details, and any relevant service-related information. You are responsible for ensuring our technicians have safe and clear access to the work area.

3. Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and resources.

• Secure pets and keep them away from the work area during the appointment.

Our liability for any service-related issue is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review the situation and make reasonable efforts to address your concerns or provide a resolution.
